Nano double-sided adhesive is a new type of adhesive material, also known as traceless adhesive or transparent adhesive. Possible reasons for non-stickiness
1、The quality of the glue itself. Although nano double-sided adhesive is a high-quality product,it is inevitable that there are quality problems, such as insufficient stickiness, incomplete particles,etc. These factors may cause the nano double-sided adhesive to not stick
2、Environmental issues. Nano double-sided adhesive tape may also lose its stickiness in somespecial environments, such as humid environments, environments with high or low temperatures,and the influence of pollutants such as dust. In addition, if the surface on which the double-sidedadhesive tape is used is too smooth or uneven, it may not adhere well.
3、Water or oil. Water, oil and dust are basically the nemesis of any tape. Pour a little water or oilon it, and the nano tape will temporarily lose its stickiness, and you can easily remove the fixed object
4.The ambient temperature is too low or too high, exceeding the applicable temperature range of the glue
5.Too many times will cause the viscosity to decrease. It is recommended to replace it after every 2 to 4 uses to ensure normal viscosity.
The solution to non-stick
1.Use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a while to melt the glue slightly, which will make it more sticky.
2.If you find glue residue on the surface of the adhesive, you need to use a special cleaner to clean it. The cleaner can effectively remove the glue residue, thereby increasing the viscosity of the glue.
3.Use an adhesion promoter, apply it on the surface of the object, and then stick it with nano tape.
